You don’t need an account, and we don’t ask for your name or email.

Your location

When you tap “Near me”, your browser shares your location with the map on your device. It is used there to sort servos by distance and is not sent to or stored on our servers.

On your first visit, the map starts near the city your internet connection appears to be in, as estimated by our network provider (Cloudflare) from your IP address. That estimate is used once to position the map and is not stored.

Price alerts

If you turn on price alerts, we store the notification address your browser gives us (it lets us send notifications to that browser only, and doesn’t identify you), your alert choices, your time zone and quiet hours, and a short log of what we sent. Your browser keeps a random key that lets it manage its alerts; we keep only a scrambled copy of that key. An alert set near a place stores that place’s coordinates. Turning alerts off on the alerts page deletes all of this straight away. If your browser stops accepting notifications, we delete it too.

Saved servos and settings

Your saved servos, chosen fuel and last map position are stored in your browser only. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Analytics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn’t use cookies or track you across sites. Our hosting keeps standard server logs for security, held in Australia.
